Zoom

Zoom is connected at the user level: the meeting is created on your behalf, in your Zoom account.

How to connect

1. Profile settings → Add-ons → Zoom → Connect.
2. Sign in to Zoom and confirm access.

How to use

1. In chat type /zoom.
2. Branzy creates an instant meeting and posts the join link in the chat.

For scheduled meetings use the calendar: when creating a meeting you can pick a Zoom link, and a Join button appears right on the meeting. If you don’t need an external service, the built-in Branzy room works too.

Limitations

• The command creates an instant meeting (it starts immediately, not on a schedule).
• Whoever connected Zoom is the meeting host.
