The task card
What's inside a task: a description with version history, attachments, chat, subtasks, links, and AI review of the wording.
Description
The description is a full document with the same blocks as notes: headings, lists, checklists, tables, code. Every edit is saved — you can browse the version history and roll back, and the full change log shows who changed what and when.
The Information section
A separate field for context that has to be passed on: agreements, links, requirements. Fill it in manually or with a command from chat. When a task moves to Done, its information can be passed on to linked projects.
Chat and attachments
Every task has its own chat and attachments. The discussion stays next to the task instead of getting lost in the general stream.
Hierarchy and links
Tasks can be nested and linked by meaning — for example “blocks” or “related to”.
Time in each status
A chart for every task shows how many days it spent in each status, so you can see which stage eats your deadlines.
AI review of the wording
AI scores the wording against SMART on five axes, asks the clarifying questions that are missing, and rewrites the description from your answers. A vague task gets caught before it reaches the person who has to do it.
Public link
A task can be opened for a person without an account — see public links.
