What is Branzy
An overview of the platform: chats, tasks, calendar, video calls, and notes in one app, and how they connect.
Branzy is a business messenger with a built-in calendar and task tracker. The idea: an agreement reached in a conversation should never get lost. With one step, a message becomes a task, a meeting, a call, or a note — and everything stays linked.
What’s inside
| Service | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Chats | Direct and group conversations, project channels, a chat inside every task and meeting |
| Tasks | A board with columns, priorities, deadlines, analytics, and change history |
| Calendar | Project meetings, reminders, invitations for guests without an account |
| Video calls | Rooms on your own media server, a call from any chat |
| Notes | Documents with tables, checklists, and diagrams; the company knowledge base |
How it all connects
- In a chat, the team types
/and creates a task or a meeting without leaving the conversation. - Every task and meeting has its own chat.
- A note can be published to the knowledge base — and search by meaning finds it from any project.
- Customers write from Telegram or WhatsApp straight into a project channel: connecting messengers.
Where it runs
Web, iOS, and Android apps with the same commands and cards. See apps. Branzy can be used in the cloud or deployed on your own servers.
