Quick start
Sign up for Branzy, create your first project, invite colleagues, and make your first task.
It takes about five minutes.
1. Sign up
Open the web app or install the mobile app. You can sign up with email or a Google account. New users get a 14-day free trial.
2. Create a project
A project is your team’s workspace: the task board, channels, meetings, and notes all live inside it. You only need a name; the description can be added later or skipped.
3. Invite colleagues
Open the project members and find a person by name or email. Recent contacts come first. You can choose what the person is allowed to do right when inviting — see members and permissions.
4. Create your first task
Two ways: add a card on the board or type /task in a chat. In the second case the task is created straight from the conversation and stays linked to it.
5. Connect what you already use
If customers write in Telegram or WhatsApp, connect the messenger. If meetings run on Zoom or Google Calendar, see the integrations overview.
