The task board
Columns, cards, filters, and project analytics: how the board works and what you can configure.
The board is the main screen of a project. Tasks sit in columns that mirror the stages of your process.
Columns
Create columns to fit your process, from a simple To do — In progress — Done to a long funnel. Each column has its own sorting and its own set of fields on the card. Columns load as you scroll, so the board opens fast even with thousands of tasks.
Working together
Changes appear for everyone at once: a card that is moved, renamed, or created shows up on open boards without a refresh. A card shows the avatars of everyone who has it open right now.
Priorities, labels, dates
- Priority from none to critical.
- Colour labels for grouping.
- A deadline plus start and end dates.
Only my tasks
In the project menu (⋮) turn on the “only my tasks” filter — the board keeps just the tasks assigned to you. The setting is remembered per project.
Project analytics
No exporting to spreadsheets: workload per person, current overdues, tasks completed per month, average days per task, and a split by priority and label.
Roadmap
A separate view shows the whole project on a timeline.
Next: the task card.
